The 15th International Conference on X-ray Microscopy (XRM) 2022 will be hosted by the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC) in Hsinchu on 19 - 24 June, 2022. A 6-day program will feature the invited and contributed oral presentations in plenary and parallel sessions, poster and exhibition sessions in all virtual mode.
