Oral Presentations
Each plenary presentation is scheduled within a 40-minute time slot plus a 10-minute discussion.
Each invited presentation is scheduled within a 25-minute time slot plus a 5-minute discussion.
Each contributed talk is scheduled within a 15-minute time slot plus a 5-minute discussion.
•Material Preparation -

All speakers are kindly requested to upload their presentation files to the meeting room computer at the podium or to test their computers before the session starts. It is preferred that you have your PowerPoint presentation on a flash drive for easy uploading. Please be on time to prevent any delays in the schedule.
Poster Presentation
The poster presenter must attend the workshop and show up to present your poster. It might have some Q&A and discussion during the poster session.
•Material Preparation –
。Poster Size: width 90 cm × height 120 cm; portrait format.
。Setup Time: 08:30 am -10:00 am on the day of the presentation (December 6).
。Remove Time: After lunch of 7 December, 2023.
Poster boards will be marked with the abstract number of your poster. Please ensure that your poster is displayed on the correct poster board. Pins will be available.
APXPS 2023 Best Poster Awards
The winner of the 1st prize will receive USD 500 and a certificate.
The winner of the 2nd prize will receive USD 300 and a certificate.
The winner of the 3rd prize will receive USD 200 and a certificate.
