The details below contain important last-minute information which you could use as a checklist and reference for the conference.
Conference ID
In order to facilitate quicker onsite registrations for everyone, please print out your Conference ID QR code and present it to APXPS 2023 staff at the Registration Counter when you do your onsite registration. It will help all members to avoid long queues.
Onsite Registration
Everyone must do an onsite registration to pick up their conference bags, badge, and other materials. Onsite registration can be done during 9:00 – 10:20 a.m. on December 5 (Tuesday).
Name Badges
Name badges are given to attendees during the onsite registration only. Badges must be worn at all times. Name badges apply to ALL functions including the meeting, poster session, coffee breaks, excursion and the Banquet.

Poster List
Poster size: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height). All posters will be assigned a poster board number and should be set up between 9:00 to 10:50 on December 6. Please visit to view the poster list.

Meal Vouchers
Please show your meal vouchers to APXPS 2023 staff for boxed lunch and the Banquet.
Wireless Internet Access for APXPS 2023
Wireless Internet access is available at the lobby and meeting rooms. Participants with personal electronic devices can access the Internet through the wireless Internet connection.

Extended deadline for abstract submission

We would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting abstracts for the APXPS 2023, originally scheduled for September 17, 2023, has been extended to October 1 (Sunday), 2023.
Those who have not submitted an abstract yet are encouraged to do so on the workshop website. Click here to submit an abstract.
