Remote participation will be via the Webex platform. The access links to the Webex meetings will be emailed to registered participants by April 12. A Join button will appear on the Webex platform or device 30 minutes before the session starts. Participants can choose to join the meeting through the Webex desktop/mobile app (installation is required) or through web browser.
Please note that the Webex links are created based on different meeting rooms. Participants can refer to the program agenda and connect to the corresponding sessions. The schedule is based on NSRRC’s local time zone (GMT+8).
In-person presentations will also be shared through Webex to online participants.
Virtual presentations
If you are giving a talk remotely, please join the meeting in the corresponding link. When your presentation begins, use the “Share Content” function in Webex to share your slides. As a backup in case of technical problems, please make sure your presentation file is uploaded* to AFAD 2024 website before the session starts and we will run the slides from the venue.
