The Local Committee would like to invite companies and organizations to sponsor the PCaPAC 2018 and to exhibit at the 12th International Workshop on Emerging Technologies and Scientific Facilities Controls (PCaPAC 2018) held in the Fleurlis hotel located in the downtown of Hsinchu city, Taiwan from October 16th to 19th, 2018. As a Sponsor or Exhibitor, your team will have the opportunity to network with valuable contacts from light source facilities worldwide, in order to:

Logo Usage

Upon registering as an Exhibitor in the PCaPAC 2018 Exhibition or a Sponsor of the PCaPAC 2018 Conference, you grant PCaPAC 2018 permission to use your company’s logo in promotional materials including on the conference website, in the conference program and on directional signage.

Upon receiving written confirmation of payment in full from PCaPAC 2018, please send your company logo graphic (300 dpi or greater) to pcapac2018@nsrrc.org.tw for inclusion in the PCaPAC 2018 Conference program and on the PCaPAC 2018 website.

 

Sponsors / Exhibitors Booking Form

Please kindly complete and return the attached form file (Download) to us via e-mail (pcapac2018@nsrrc.org.tw) before payment.

 

Payment & Confirmation

To confirm your sponsorship and/or exhibition space, full payment is required within 7 working days from the date of the application submission. Your reservation will only be processed and secured upon receipt of payment. Afterwards, confirmation of your reservation and booth allocation will be emailed to you. 

IMPORTANT
Please indicate 'PCaPAC2018 + your company name' while making the transaction. And send the payment slip to us via email after successfully making payment. Email: pcapac2018@nsrrc.org.tw

 

Cancellations

Exhibitor:  Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the PCaPAC 2018 Local Committee at pcapac2018@nsrrc.org.tw before July 31st, 2018. A non-refundable cancellation processing fee of $350 USD (TWD $10,000)  will be charged to the Exhibitor. Cancellations after  July 31st, 2018 will result in forfeiture of the entire exhibitor registration fee. Refunds will be made by credit card, check or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.

Sponsor: Please notice that cancellation of the Sponsorship will NOT be accepted.
