Accommodation in Hsinchu City
There are two recommended hotel options, both of them are located in downtown Hsinchu City and approximately a 15-30 minute drive from the NSRRC. Within walking distance, you can easily explore many local attractions. Feel free to wander along the Hsinchu Moat Park, check out the East Gate, slip into the Dongmen Market, visit the City God Temple, pop into the Glass Museum, or stop by the Hsinchu Zoo. The area also offers diverse dining choices—from night market stalls to upscale restaurants, where you can enjoy exotic cuisine, authentic local flavors, or traditional Taiwanese dishes. Additionally, Hsinchu’s largest shopping mall, Big City—packed with everything from major chain stores to high-end designer brands—is just around the corner. The following two hotels offer special rates for attendees of ICAP’27 . Please contact the hotels directly for reservations and arrange payment. To enjoy the special rate, kindly use the reservation forms provided below to indicate that you are attending ICAP’27. Alternatively, you are welcome to book your accommodation through any other channel at your convenience.
Recommended hotels:
Both hotels provide scheduled shuttle bus services to the NSRRC on the weekday mornings. Seats are limited, and please make reservations and check the departure times at the counter one day in advance. ICAP’27 will provide bus service to both hotels on weekday evenings.
Note: Room availability is not guaranteed, so we strongly recommend booking as early as possible if you plan to stay at either of these hotels.

Accommodation in the NSRRC
The other accommodation choice is the NSRRC Dormitory. The Dormitory aims to provide affordable accommodation mainly to the NSRRC users, and only 30 rooms can be provided to the ICAP’27 attendees. If you choose to stay at the NSRRC Dormitory, please fill out the reservation form, and email it to ICAP2027@nsrrc.org.tw. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Breakfast is not provided at the NSRRC Dormitory. A variety of foods are sold in the 7-11 vending machine placed in the 1F lobby. The machine accepts EasyCard and cash payments. Alternatively, there are convenience stores and breakfast stores on the campus of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU Dining Halls) within walking distance. The nearest ones are 5-10 minutes away from the NSRRC Dormitory.
