 nternational Particle Accelerator Conference (ICAP’27)\, to be held on 1
 5 ~ 19 March 2027 at Hsinchu\, Taiwan. The event will be hosted by the Nat
 ional Synchrotron Radiation Research Center.\n\n \n\nThe ICAP'27 conferen
 ce will be the 15th in the conference series\, following meetings in La Jo
 lla\, USA (1988)\, Los Alamos\, USA (1990)\, Pleasanton\, USA (1993)\, Wil
 liamsburg\, USA (1996)\, Monterey\, USA (1998)\, Darmstadt\, Germany (2000
 )\, East Lansing\, USA (2002)\, St. Petersburg\, Russia (2004)\, Chamonix\
 , France (2006)\, San Francisco\, USA (2009)\, Rostock-Warnemünde\, Germa
 ny (2012)\, Shanghai\, China (2015)\, Key West\, USA (2018)\, and Seeheim
 -Jugenheim\, Germany (2024).\n\n \n\nICAP'27 will focus on advances in Co
 mputational Accelerator Physics and their application to existing machines
  and future facilities. It will provide a forum for researchers in modelin
 g and simulation to exchange information and discuss new ideas that benefi
 t a wide area of accelerator science and technology. Topics of the confere
 nce will include computational needs and challenges\, beam dynamics and el
 ectromagnetic field calculations\, code development and validation\, data 
 processing and visualization\, high-performance computing\, machine lear
 ning and advanced optimization\, as well as emerging technologies that wi
 ll impact computing for accelerator design.\n\n \n\nWe are looking forwar
